Real CV value is a far better indicator of won:sent, as RAW value is very misleading. For instance, with $50, I can buy either a $50 game and get $50 RAW value, or I can buy a buttload of bundles and get several hundreds of dollars in RAW value.
TLDR: Your criteria might actually be preventing people who give away unbundled games from entering while allowing bundle farmers to enter freely.

Real CV value lessens the impact (to a degree, at least) of bundled games on one's sent:won value by reducing their value to 15% of retail, while unbundled games retain full value of the current Steam store price.
It's entirely up to you, though. I just wanted to explain how RAW value is very misleading when considering how much someone has actually given away. I noticed a couple of people in your previous thread with amazing real CV ratios who couldn't enter because RAW value doesn't reflect in any way the quality of the games they've given away.

SG shows the raw CV on the profile, but if you hover the mouse over it, a popup shows the real CV instead. This works both for sent and received.

Maybe someone has mentioned it in the other thread already, but I figured you'd want to know that you can check the winner with SGTools itself. If they haven't passed the gate, it will tell you, and SG support will grant a reroll. I'm not sure how it works, but I think that can get them punished on the SGTools side as well; someone else will be able to tell you more about that.

I'd like to think there isn't one either, but when it comes to getting stuff for free, there's always a few people who will resort to any means necessary. So I wouldn't be surprised. At least SG allows for rerolls in this case. :)

Your real CV ratio is ~1.115 and the minimum is 1.0, so you should indeed pass.
The old link (with raw ratio) had 1.5 minimum ratio instead, but that changed in the new link. Maybe that confused you?

Seems like my real CV ratio is lower than 1, but thanks anyway. You are doing it right IMHO. I think every giveaway should be like this - the better your CV ratio, the better chance for you to win something. But it is not working that way here and that is why I almost stopped entering giveaways. But I already have more games than I need. I want to giveaway to generous people too, but the CV levels are not exactly corresponding to someone's generosity here.
