Good question, to be honest; those who have any game from this pack shouldn't enter as it contains the whole franchise. But that's just me, I don't know if you'll encounter issues while adding this game to your library if you have any of the saints row games.
There won't be any issues, the leftover games would just be wasted.
As the giveaway creator, it's up to you which people you will allow to enter, as you are entitled to reroll if they own at least one game in the pack. Therefore, most people would just appreciate if you told beforehand what your personal conditions are so it's clear on the table (and the people who knows they won't qualify can save both your time and their points). 👍
