there's a problem here. the giveaway is for the xcom 2 collection but the key is for just xcom 2, not the collection.

i think what you need to do is create a support ticket, and for the Category, select Change Giveaway Game.

if i receive this, it'll show that i don't actually own the collection and give me a strike. if i don't receive it, it'll give you a strike. i don't want either of those to happen so i think this is the best way to resolve it

It should be for xcom 2 collection. I purchased it. Is it showing for xcom?

I put in a ticket but hopefully it gave you the 4 dlc packs

wtf so when i activated the key it only gave me the base game and i checked multiple times and it showed i did not own the dlc. now when i check steam it shows that it gave me the dlc too. i guess there's no problem after all, just steam acting up. fantastic news.
