Feedback wise, have you guys considered capitalizing on the "girl gamer" market?

I'd rather not. People who watch "girl gamers" typically look for cleavage, a cute face, and AAA games. The purpose of the channel is to share indie games with a community of like-minded gamers. What does my personal appearance have to do with that? Absolutely nothing. That would help with views, pending viewer opinion of my physique, but ultimately it wouldn't help me reach the people I want to reach.
That being said, I've actually used my webcam quite a few times (usually on stream).

hmm just my two cents.
the last couple of videos were a vast improvement over the intro video 'welcome to needtoknow' in terms of sound quality.
the voice level was all over the place for the intro video as well.
perhaps you could re-do the sounds for the intro video to better reflect the overall quality of your videos?

I skipped through one of your video's (review of The Incredible Baron) and all I can say is that you should make sure the game volume isn't louder than your voice. In that specific video that seems the case. It was hard to hear what you were saying half the time due to the game volume being too loud.
