Its probably either accident or Thai was first language they had and english came later, and maybe steam wont let you order stuff easy. I dont know really :P

I've seen games where the devs accidentally pasted the wrong text for the blurb, so everything else in the "correct" language except for the little description on top that's in some other random language, mistakes happen.
Bit interesting choice to have Thai on first screenshots but steampage does say it has english as well, in case someone wonders
