Hey InSpec do you have more than an account or more than one people under your roof (like me) using the same internet box ?
Because I bet that everybody who is having a problem this week-end have been banned, such as me and my friends.

Yeah I just came and confirmed to you, you apparently have to make a ticket to complain about the problem. Internet is part of the rent here, so we're several people with an account and the same internet, me, my partner and my friends were banned because using the same connection.
I'm pretty sure that everybody facing that problem has been soft banned and that IT looking for a solution is a lie.

I cross my fingers for all of us then. Also I never saw anywhere that multi account was against anything, I may have missed it.

Just had a look at the Discord, they indeed lied to people saying that they were speaking to their IT to fix it. "I never said it was a bug", speak about trying to smooth things over vocabulary is pure bullshit.
I bought a lot of stuff from Kinguin, but this, being lied to and having mine, my partner's and my friends account blocked because we share the wifi in the building is completely crazy. So far I know we are 4 having being banned, I need to ask other people. That's completely crazy to pass that as a bug while it's an obvious lie.

I already did in private and got as answer that they would investigate. I also asked them to be honest and to tell me if the issue people had lately was related to multi account ban, and they ignored me. Now at least there is progress and they admitted it.
BTW, here is my Discord if you wanna speak of this or other things Ylthin#2010 (also added you in white list, don't hesitate to check even if a giveaway doesn't interest you, I often put free keys for my blue heart). This is, of course, not an obligation :)
