Probably like Dota 2, I wanted a key but because I have the spectator version installed they won't allow me to do entries for Dota keys here, and I have to wait like a year to get a key =/
I was asking if you as the person giving it away is okay with me (and others) entering the giveaway despite already owning base game. I would like to win the DLC (particularly Eternia Shards), which collectively is worth more than the base game itself.
If I read the rules correctly, I can reroll if someone who already have the game wins, but I don't mind giving it to someone already have it, if they don't have the DLC, it's all about luck after all, feel free to do a entry.
