So, I assume you're saying I regifted Space Pilgrim 2?
If you had bothered to check the facts then you would have noticed I have the game activated in my account.
I made a GA for the game with a gift from my inventory before I had the game myself.
I won the game later in a group GA.
But thanks for proving my point why one should double check before calling people out.

You didn't make that point. All you've been saying is that there is no proof, that is not the same thing.

That being said, you only add to MY point. If what you say is true then there's proof somewhere. If there is no proof that someone is guilty that doesn't mean they haven't done anything wrong. You needlessly commenting "no proof" or "delete this" is about as pointless as a broken pencil. So maybe take your own advice and "delete this".

That's not how it works. There is no "the accused have to prove their innocence" here.
The original comment accused him of regifting when there is no proof that he or she had won it on SG previously.
They are innocent.
There is no "they may still be guilty".
Falsely calling out someone can lead to a suspension.
