Since this is just a game, without DLC, then the giveaway should be removed. After all, this giveaway misleads users. Simple Control - $29.99 vs. Control: Ultimate - $39.99! Write to SteamGifts support so that they can add a simple version of Control.
And so, this giveaway can be regarded as a fraud! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There is only one giveaway option for Control right now, which is for the Standard Edition (despite the title), the one I'm giving away.
