It's a degenerating-terminal genetic disease, similar to ALS but a bit 'slower'.. year after year all muscles get weaker, but some are more compromised than others (breathing for example is the main issue)
Was thinking, if you have anywhere, where your muscles worked better still.
F.i. if your legs/feet were still working, MSI has developed footpedals, meant to help people who are unable to use their hands for keyboard. (or as a supplement)
Or you can get quite the variety of controllers. Maybe tou could find some, that can help you control games.

bad luck, I have born with that, It's called Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA)
