First of all, I am so sorry for bothering you buddy. My name is Miguel and I am from Brazil. Last December, I was blocked in SGTools because of mistakes I made on my FIRST day using it. I did not know the tool, much less its rules. This happened at the end of last year. You can check it out. Since then I was in contact with knsys (from SGTools) trying to explain my situation to him and now he told me to ask the person who created the GA the permission to unlock me.
