Hi! I got a little problem with the gift. The email containing the key was not received to me. I sent a request for the support and they replied:

"Hi,
Thanks for reaching out! The easiest way to solve this issue would be to have the gift purchaser open their own ticket with us and reference this one (1401666). They'll also need to provide the Transaction ID of the order.
Thanks!"

I can't do more for the matter. Your move!

Hi, I can try to help you out a bit. But tell me a few more details first. Was the gift link redeemed already? Did you use a different email to redeem it? If you have redeemed it, you might want to try this option:

https://www.humblebundle.com/resender

Humble bundle would send you a complete list of all redeemed gifts and past purchases. You might find the Vermintide key there. If you can confirm that it's not there, I can submit a ticket to Humble Bundle.
