Hi, after waiting a week I had already asked for a reroll so I marked the key as unsent.

I don't mind waiting for the game to be redeemed but you have been online in Steamgifts after winning my giveaway, you even entered and won another giveaway, how hard is it to leave a message?

I'm going to cancel the ticket and mark the key as sent, you should be able to see it now, but seriously, next time if you're online and can't redeem the game at least leave a message to the giveaway creator please.

Hey, thanks. I understand that it comes off a bit enoying, but thing is I use this application called: Steamgifts.

In this app you can enter giveaways, and also see comments and won games, problem is that the comments and won games section of the app doesn't function properly, so I hadn't been informed of having won a giveaway. I usually redeem the keys asap.

It's ok, but keep in mind that now I know you were using an app but 2 days ago all I knew was that you were a winner who was ignoring me and at the same time you were entering other giveaways, I almost put you on my blacklist for that.

It's all clear now but I give you an idea to avoid misunderstandings in the future, if you are in the same situation again leave a comment in your Steam profile, this way the creator of the giveaway will know that you are using an app and that you can't redeem the game at that moment.

The key provider didn't warn me about the regional restriction. He refuses to change the key. There's nothing I can do, so I suggest you play the key yourself

I don't understand though, there shouldn't be a restriction in my country regarding the key, you sure it's the game Strider?

Anyway, if you can't provide a working key, please re-roll / re-gift / re-sg the key. If I don't activate the product on my steamaccount Steamgifts will probably knock me of my boots.
