According to https://www.steamgifts.com/go/comment/VQNQ4Rv and https://www.steamgifts.com/go/comment/T8yrwPo, the first key is for the base game only and they added the other nine keys after the fact to match the old "Complete Edition" on Steam at that time. So even altogether it doesn't quite match today's "Complete Edition", let alone does it contain all 64 DLCs according to SteamDB as one might think when reading "Complete". ^^

Fortunately there shouldn't be any issues, as long as the key for the base game still works, since the giveaway is for the base game only. Good luck to the winner that everything else also still works! :)
