How do I check if I own dlc to game that was removed from steam?

probably via right click on the game in your game list in the Steam client > properties > "DLC" tab.

Library page > Support > DLC or bonus content is missing > DLC.

Alternative: go to https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGame?text=Endorlight then click DLC or even faster - in this case go to https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGame/?appid=450730 .

Alternative (but not foolproof): go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ and search for DLC activation. Be advised though some DLC packs or keys activating game and some DLC may be shown as one entry .

Thanks for the giveaway and the helpful info.

Another note for people checking if they have a soundtrack: If you buy things from Humble Bundle, you should search your library to see if you have it there. Sometimes bundles include DRM-free soundtracks without Steam keys. (I don't think the Endorlight soundtrack is one that they've done that with, though.)
