Unfortunately no, this is an issue that has happened to me with AOL in the past.
They will only help if you buy their technical support subscription service.
Spoke to someone on the phone about it and they said there was nothing they could do.
I changed my humble bundle account's email to my gmail, but when trying to redeem now, it says:
"We received a request to resend your Humble Bundle orders.

However, we do not have any orders on record for this email address. If you used a different email address to make your purchase, try entering it into our order resender page"

Doing so does not send anything to my AOL because AOL is broken, and nothing to my gmail either.
I need to fill out the linked form on humblebundle, which requires some information from you.
