Idk man. Perhaps they are not even trying to make a good description. :)
The only thing I got is there is that they are not making these 5 minute asset flip games for no reason, there is a whole steam card market industry behind this. And mass giveaways is a way to distribute the game among players so steam don't notice that it's only being used by these card market sharks. Check youtube on the topic for more info.
Please note that above statement is my personal opinion and I'm not trying to accuse GA starter of guilt. Just thinking out loud.
