It seems like the word "HRK" is even censored by Steam on comments.
I believe what you are saying, resellers give in most cases working keys, but not in every case. And this must be the case :/

I recommend you not to buy anymore from that site, I was searching for more info right now and it appears to be a sub-site of G2A, which is much more well-know gray market reseller. If you just search around you can see that there is a lot of controversy about it, even though many people has never bought a fake key so far.
(sorry if I don't answer in italian, but in case other people need to read this I think it's better that anyone can understand).
