Hey there jontotino! As much as I feel super lucky to have won the giveaway, my steam region is NL and I don’t think I can activate this key. I’m not sure why I was able to join the giveaway, my region used to be Brazil years ago, but it’s been some time since I changed it!
Turns out SG doesn’t switch regions by syncing, I just opened a support ticket to switch my region so this won’t happen again. Feel free to reroll the winner and I’m sorry for the inconvenience!
