FYI this one does have region restrictions, https://steamdb.info/sub/123197 is the key for European buyers. So you might want to delete and create again to potentially save on re-rolls.

Or even worse, having to either buy a new key or having to have a giveaway marked as not received, since he currently has the obligation to just give the game, no matter the region :/

when bumble bundle is selling keys/bundles with are restricted they would have to say so in a warning by the key - as there was no warning it has to be ROW, but you may be right non the less... - the consequense of you beeing right would be to restrict every EU bought game everytime to only EU user - just to be sure - not somthing people outside the EU would like...
