Hi, you won a game from me recently (Ultros). Before I hand over the key I usually check for previous unactivated wins and look at the winner's steam account to make sure the game is not already owned. I cannot do this whilst your game date is hidden. Can you change your game data to public briefly so I can do these checks please?

My check flagged one unactivated win, (Streamer Life Simulator), which I passed onto Support. I suspect that this has already been addressed as the game was won by you over a year ago. If Support have already dealt with this then I can release the key fairly soon. Support do not take long these days to deal with the tickets.
