As far as I know, the only way to check if someone already has a DLC is by adding them and then Steam will say "X friend already owns this game:" if they already have it. It's a bit of extra work, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
También puedes ir a Bibliotecas en steam, buscar el juego en el panel izquierdo y posteriormente darle clic derecho en propiedades y en la nueva ventana que aparecerá puedes buscar un apartado llamado DLC y puedes ver tus DLC adquiridos en dicho lugar.
Otro método es ir a la tienda, en el juego que quieres revisar y buscar los dlc y te avisa si ya lo tienes o no, aparece un mensaje que dice En la bibliotecas.

It was my mistake to buy base MK11 version, not Ultimate. But as MK1 is concerned lesson learned - waiting for good discount for MK1 Definitive Ed, not even looking at tempting promotions on base game.
