When your giveaway ends, a green "banner" will appear that says "One of your giveaways has ended. View the winner, and send the gift by clicking here. Thanks." You can click the link it provides, or you can click the "Giveaways" tab at the top, and then "View Created". Either way will take you to a page with all the giveaways you've made.
Any gifts that havent been sent yet will have a clickable link which says "Send Gifts", and the icon next to it will be a yellow triangle with a ! inside. Click "Send Gifts" and it will display the randomly selected winner. It'll have a link to their steamgifts profile, which you can click to see, and on there you can see their steam profile. Their e-mail address will also be displayed, in case you want to email the game/key.
Either way, after you give them the game, be sure to click the box that says "I Sent This Gift". The recipient will also have to mark it received. You wont get any credit until they do.
