Have you guys seen the new Cosmos? It's a great series, NDT really did Carl Sagan justice.

thanks for the chance, I was kinda meh on the new cosmos...not because of NDT's performance per se, he did quite well, I just think that a lot of what they presented was watered down too much.
Disclaimer: This section is copy pasta. Not the tasty pasta that you can eat. That would be too fortunate for everyone, after all if that were possible we would just go and copy all this random gobbledegook onto paper, print it out and sit down to a tasty tasty meal. Mmmm paper, toner, and is that the faintest hint of…? Yes, yes I think it is. Just the slightest hint of despair. So if you go and make copy pasta into an origami swan will it taste similar to chicken and fettuccini? Oh yes, all the little bit of stuff written before this copy pasta disclaimer was hand typed, for what it’s worth…. I’ll try for something more interesting next time round (disclaimer-wise).

Well, it WAS Fox, so I guess we're lucky for watered down haha ;) But I thought it was good for the purpose of exposing as wide an audience as possible to the history and way of thinking they were presenting (similar to the original, but the audience has changed a bit since then). So, maybe it's not the show that was watered down first, but the intelligence of the masses ;D
Good to hear your thoughts, good luck :)
