Why did you mark the giveaway as "received" if you have not received the game?

Maybe not in the same context, but I checked the FAQs and read there that you should contact the creator if he has a replacement key and if not after a week you should mark it as received. In a friendly chat he said that the didn't have a replacement key, but 2 or 3 days later he gave me another key (Shadowgrounds: Survivor) that I activated and marked it as received.

The FAQ says exactly the opposite:

I assume you can not change the feedback to not received anymore.
If you want to get rid of this non activation, you can try to create a support ticket and ask them to change the feedback to not received. You probably have to provide some proof, like screenshots of your chats. The other possibility would be to buy the game yourself.
Edit: You could also talk to the giveaway's creator, if they are willing to contact support to delete the giveaway.

That's all too complicated for me. And I cannot and would not want to change my feedback as both the creator and me are happy with it. Support suspended me for 5 days and although I answered to them and although it should have been easy to verify given my screen shots, they never came back to me. That was more than 2 weeks ago. And that's the end of the story as far as I am concerned not to waste more time.
