Did you get this in the Humble 2k Bundle 2? If so, there're reports that the key is actually for the Director's Cut edition, so the winner would be marked as having unactivated wins for the DLCs. You should contact him/her, and ask their permission to submit a "change giveaway game" ticket. Also, make sure the winner isn't from Germany or Japan, as the game can't be activated in those countries.
