It's a _Steam_Gifts, you can't give away Uplay games.
You should delete your giveaway. You can post on forums to find someone and send the game code to them.

Be kind, it appears to be a new user.

But this comment is correct. If you let this giveaway finish, you will be required to send the winner a STEAM copy of this game. Uplay will not be allowed, since this site tracks that the winner redeems the game on steam to their registered account.

I'm guessing he won't see this in 33 minutes remaining. You can delete the giveaway using a support ticket, or try to ask the winner to agree to delete it. Otherwise, they'll have to mark this giveaway not received in case of a uplay-only key.

Is this for a s Steam key, or for a Uplay key?

As the others implied, this is Steamgifts, so your gift needs to be able to be activated on Steam.
