I do not see that you have any tickets filed for SteamGifts, so I don't know what you mean by "SteamGifts reports."
Also, please do not contact Support Staff outside of SteamGifts about SG affairs unless the site is on fire or something similar. We are a group of volunteers, so when we are not actively working on the site, we are not wearing our "SG hats." Just treat us like any other non-Staff person when you see us on Steam.

Well, the tickets filed are user reports from trades. Not sure if they show up as the same thing for you guys. Looking to clear up a few false negative feedbacks that were left on my profile and it has been a few months.
I will not reach out to any Support staff outside of Steamgifts. I just found it worrying that it had been taking this long for a resolution.

User reports are only dealt with by Senior Staff members. Support can't even see them.

Hmm, I see. Any idea how much longer the wait time would be? Should I file the reports under another category so that they would be handled sooner? Or possibly dropping a word in a Senior Staff member's ear for me? Wishful thinking, I suppose.

No idea how long, wait time is dependent upon queue length, and the only thing you can do is wait.
