EDIT: I rerolled this multiple times already, please don't enter giveaways when you already own the base game and the dlcs are just cosmetic: you steal the chance from the ones who don't have the game. It's about common sense...
Please reroll looks like I have already the collector´s edition but somehow Steamgifts doesn´t detect that I have it

Steamgifts is unable to detect ownership of DLCs or collections like this one, meaning you will always be able to enter giveaways for them. This is an issue with how Steam API reports ownership and there is nothing we could do on our side to fix it. All we can do is remind users it is their responsibility to check they do not own games before they enter giveaways for them.
