This is a hidden object and adventure game, but it goes beyond the usual throw-in story of most hidden object adventures. The plot is actually decent and you are reminded pretty constantly of what is going on by contextual clues. I was impressed by the animation that went into portions of the game and the high resolution puzzles made it easy to pick out the items that were required. Most of the hidden object puzzles were integrated into the main game (with only a couple of exceptions).

The location of the next hidden-object puzzle is usually in the most-current location (a picture, etc) otherwise you can just spam the hint button and it will get you to the right area. All in all, this is a good game. I enjoyed the story, but not so much the fact that you were a talking character (and female at that) which hurt the immersion for me a bit. Still, it's a game and it was a good one even if some of the sequences were pretty obvious.
