I'm just a mod, not the giveaway creator. Apologies.
This giveaway was referenced in a separate ticket so I decided to check up on it.
2 of the 3 winners prior to writing had both marked this giveaway as received (you included) both having "Fated Souls" in common while this title "Fated Souls 3" was missing. As the 7 day period has not ended, winners and the giveaway creator have 7 days to peacefully resolve the situation.

If the title is missing directly from your Steam account, please create a new comment below (not a reply to my comment) informing the creator directly so you may come to an agreement. It would also help speed things up to state if you agree to delete the giveaway or not.

I've read your exchange with Andrew, and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I've just bought new keys for Fated Souls 3 and will replace the keys of the winners right away. Andrews has been replaced. The other two will follow shortly.

Hey, I'm just hoping things work out well so it's not a pain in the neck for you all some months later.
I've seen a heavy handful of GA creators/winners stressed the other party won't respond, support takes too long, or conflicts break out but lucky for you all to still be in your grace period when it was noticed. Hoping all goes well here ^-^
P.S. I don't believe our system notifies winners of new keys so you'll have to give them a bump in response to a comment or an old giveaway they created to notify them to check for the updated ones.

I tried activate the new key, but get the message "This Steam account already owns the product(s) contained in this offer. To access them, visit your library in the Steam client."
and again Fated Souls 3 not in my library :/

Oh man, I'm sorry.
I've bought the second keys from Gamivo (till now they only delivered one of the three keys (the one I've sent you)) and now I've ordered another set of keys from a different site, but have to wait for the delivery.
In case these keys won't work either you'll have to mark the GA as 'not received'.
I'll reply again as soon as the key has been replaced. Sorry.

Please mark the GA as "not received". I wasn't able to buy new keys for this game (of 6 paid keys 5 weren't delivered and the one delivered was again: Fated Souls 1). I'm sorry for this. I'll take a look at my backlog and will send you a key for something else to make amends.
