Hi there,
Please just make sure if you selected a correct game for a giveaway, the one you selected is a new, never bundled version that was released last year.
The original version that was bundled on multiple occasions was renamed to Ticket to Ride: Classic Edition: https://store.steampowered.com/app/108200/Ticket_to_Ride_Classic_Edition/.
