Maybe the issue is related to cached data or something else that's specific to my browser...

I thought it might have something to do with other browser extensions interfering in some way, so I disabled all of them except for ESGST and it still fails.

I guess we're at an impasse. It's not a big deal since I can work around the issue by temporarily un-WLing a handful of users. Thanks for your time :)
