As far as I know, there are no region restrictions. However, please be aware that there is a small chance of this key being a dupe, in which case I might be unable to replace it. In that case, I'll have to ask the winner to agree with deleting the GA. I would appreciate it if you kept that possibility in mind upon joining this GA. Thank you for your understanding.
