When I first joined I was basically inactive, then I gave away some DLC I had that I would never use. Won within a week of my giveaways.
I'd recommend giving away like 10 or 20 dollars worth of bundle games and then going for any giveaway or good odds. I personally only enter wishlist giveaways then use my leftover points on good odds.

I try to keep my radio at about 0.50 but when I was new it was around 1.00 lots of good giveaway groups will let you in if you can keep a 1:1 ratio. There's even a unlucky group somewhere for people who haven't won yet but you need to have made a few giveaways I believe.

But I mean, and a lot of people would say they disagree but with how groups are all setup that's just not true; spend a little and receive a lot I don't ever intend for my money spent to ever be more than half of the money value I've received. But then again I'm a steam collector and my steam account is just something I collect games on to see my account value go up.
