Please, do not be offended by my suggestion of deleting the giveaway. The reason I was suggesting it is because you have already tried providing 3 different keys, and that is alreay putting in a lot of effort to solve the issue. And you have much more important people to take care of than this: your newborn daughter and your grandma.
Of course, the choice is yours, and it seems that you have already set things in motion. But I was trying to clarify the why behind the suggestion.
