Thank you for your response. I have contacted Fanatical's support team as I purchase all my keys first hand so there shouldn't have been any issues. I've also started a support ticket with SteamGifts.

Nothing from Fanatical as it was purchased from a mystery bundle, so no new key or refund. I've asked SteamGifts to delete the giveaway just need you to confirm it can be deleted.
