Can you try to enter this giveaway nevertheless? Usually, you should get an error message saying that you have won the game previously on steamgifts.
I had just synced and it was still available and now it's not. Was it reported and changed or was it just a visual error due to me being on mobile at the time? Either way, no worries.
It has nothing to do with syncing your profile as steamgifts can't see the game in your library anyways. I think it just took steamgift's algorithms some time to realize who won the game previously.
Check the winners, I have it and can (and won't) enter.
