Got from IndieGala Summer Breeze Bundle
Nothing is written about region restrictions there, so I can't guarantee that the key will work in yours.
I previously had a single instance where an IndieGala key did not work, and I failed to obtain a new one from them.
This bundle was bought a long time ago (August 2022), so I will not even bother IndieGala for a replacement key if this one fails.
By joining you agree to delete the giveaway if the region does not match yours, or the key fails to activate.
Most resellers are pretty good at replacing keys (it's unfortunate you had that one time you couldn't get a replacement).
However, as much as you might like to, you can't actually force people to agree to deletion of a key just because it doesn't activate.

It's better to ask:
"Please allow me to delete the GA if the key doesn't work"
Your stipulation is invalid and you're better off changing it IMO.
