I personally think that no one should worry about ratios, I don't think they are important. If someone can and wants to raffle items away then they can go ahead and do so. You don't have to even the received/sent ratio out.
You received items and you gave items - that is good enough. I received items and have not given back to the site but not because I don't want to but because I want to give items to people who actually want them. Which is what I do outside of this site whenever I can and want to.
Would you say these are acceptable to the general standards?
