I added you on steam, so we can resolve the problem. If the key expired somehow (ive had it for a while now) i will give you a different key.

You marked this giveaway as received, even when you don't have The Prison Experiment: Battle Royale on your Steam account. So you should contact with creator again. You can't accept other game instead. Otherwise you risk being suspended for inactivated wins.

If key provided by creator doesn't work you should wait for working key, otherwise mark giveaway as not received after 7 days.

And when creator can't provide working key or gift for giveaway, they have to accept not received status, or ask support to delete giveaway. But they will need your permission to delete it.
