I still have several games on HRK that i already have. Im dropping them here when i have a little time. They are not even claimed, i paste the codes as i receive them.
I had the same issue at once, when i tried to activate a freebie for myself. I contacted the support, but actually they did nothing. Since, it was a freebie, i let that go, it does not worth any further efforts. I know it is a shame IF the code was not working for you, but i suggest you to do the same; let it go. I dont have a replacement for you and i am not willing to mess with that site ever again. Just mark it as "not received" and move forward.
