I understand. Things like this happen, so I'm not going to ask for a reroll, but please find a way to add the game to your account (it was bundled, so you probably can trade for it), or open a support ticket to ask what to do. I'll wait for seven days for you to activate or for a green light from support to send the gift, after that I'll reroll.

I hope you don't doing this on purpose, because unjustified calling other people liars can be found veeery rude, and from our last conversations i feel like you are trying to threaten me, while you keep saying that you understand that's not my fault. You've misunderstood me. SG tools was down and when I searched the game in your steam profile, it wasn't there. I had some bad experience with past winners, so I'm trying to be careful. Again, It's nothing personal and I didn't have any intention to insult you. If I had something against you, I would've rerolled straight away. Now everything seems fine and the gift should be in your inbox.
