Thanks! As for the rules question, you may want to contact mods directly for it. I know the rules state that if you win a giveaway and it doesn't eventually show up on your account when steamgifts syncs, you may get flagged (which I assume is why you're asking in the first place)

If you activated the one you won here and you acquired a separate key somewhere else, you are free to give it away. As long as you activated the gift you've received, you can buy 1000 copies of the same game and give it away if you want to.
