Hello, as a moderator of the group TotalWar:Arena Giveaways I would like to notify you of a rule change that happened a few months ago:
All members are required to do 1 group giveaway per month (regular store price: worth 1 euro or more)
As you have already won or are actively joining group giveaways from here, please consider putting up a giveaway as well in order to remain in the group (check the current monthly thread and subscribe to the announcements to not miss out on important info).

1) The regular/base store price needs to be at least 1 euro.
2) Currently they can be shared with other groups. But just as a heads up, the counting might change soon so the group stats page will need to show to have sent one per month, which obviously gets reduced when splitting a giveaway across multiple groups.
3) In order to join the 2nd group yes. Other than that it should cause no issues to skip that.
That monitoring tool is certainly interesting but not sure how well it works for a group of this size. Also we have 2 groups running in parallel which it won't cover without special handling I suppose.
The second group is mentioned in the monthly thread. It was created to reward all giveaway makers in the first months and to avoid kicking all others, giving them some more time. Things have developed further now and the rules & explanation texts will be rewritten soon to reflect that.
Technically, the tool should not have a problem handling a group of this size.
You will still have a lot of work going over the results and kicking out non-participating members though.
You are correct about it not being able to work on 2 groups simultaneously. In such a case you would need to get results for each group separately, and then cross-reference them (using an excel sheet for example).

A list of members who did not create a givewaya that month, with 3 links: SG profile link, link to a list of created/entered giveaways and Steam profile link (which also has the Steam name of the user for convenience).
