I remind you that the rules of the website are clear regarding the actual situation. What you are giving away should match to what is received which isn't the case.
If you wish, you can add me as a friend on steam to send me the crystal upgrade. If no I will mark the game as not received in 4 days as requested on the rules, the moderators will then check the reasons why it's happening and take the necessary decisions.
Know that I'm not doing that for the sake of being mean, but I can be reported myself for not having redeemed the game and suspended the same way you can be for not respecting the rules.
