Good to know. I always tried to enter giveaways with contributor level required. For higher chances and the security of getting the game if won, without checking the profile of the creator. Seems I have to change my habits ^^

Yeah, unfortunately, this kind of level restriction for creating doesn't exist, though I agree that it should come handy, so 0/0-s cannot screw with high level veterans, creating fakes. :)
Maybe it is intentional, so you can share a valuable game with high-levels only, even if you're a rookie. Or maybe it would interfere with the white-list/group only GAs somehow....dn't know, just guessing :P
But you just need to be a bit more careful :P
