Since this DLC has no unique steam app id, I'll be adding a winner to Steam friends to double-check eligibility.
Thank you for understanding.

Out of curiosity: if a person a has public profile, is there any more, that you can see by becoming a Steam friend? How does it work?

Yep, certain DLCs (like this one) don't have their unique app id so when you search person's profile for the game, it will only display base game. In order to see whether they have such DLC activated on their account you have to be friends.

Yup, now I've found it. It's really weird, how Steam works at times. We learn something new all the time. Pity, that there doesn't seem to be a similar way to see games removed from Steam. Thx :)
