Well , if you've been to Sweden, you'll find that they have a lot of immigrant population. Most of them from Africa and Turkish ( maybe ... I dunno, lot of of Doner Kebab shops :P ).
If you don't have high tech security locks, then you can kiss your bicycle goodbye ...... lol .... ( at least that was my experience there )
