Did you reveal the key and try to activate?

If so, I don't think we can reroll. Check your activation list.

I've had it happen in the past when someone accidentally double clicked when activating a key, and steam said they already have it (because it activated like 0.01 seconds earlier).

I haven't heard back from a moderator yet. I'm just hoping we can resolve without them.

If you haven't revealed the key, then we just wait.
